Kimberly's Elder Kare Kottage on Moorpark Avenue is an 6-bed board and care home licensed by the State of California. The property is located in a quite, safe residential neighborhood and features private rooms for each resident. Our outdoor spaces are well-lanscaped and inviting to residents who enjoy spending time in our gardens.

We keep our residents busy! Activities are offered throughout the day and are developed to encourage social interaction. As a small facility, we are able to customize activities to meet each individuals interests and needs. Many of our activities take us outside the facility and into the community for cultural activities and shopping.
